i am Renee Longworth and i have created this website as i saw a need for connecting with others in the healing arts.
i graduated with a diploma in Energetic Healing from Nature Care College in 2007 and was very keen to set up practice immediately. i wanted to meet people, build my own client base and challenge myself and my new chosen career. though the universe had other plans for me...i fell pregnant with my first child and knew i needed to turn my focus on having a healthy pregnancy.
my partner and i then jumped into the unknown and relocated from Sydney to Lake Macquarie. there was no job, no house and a baby on the way. our manifesting techniques must have improved as the universe provided very well for us and we are now very settled and happy with our decision. during my pregnancy i connected with others who were also pregnant and due the same month on an online forum. i have now been a part of the forum from my entire pregnancy to now as a mother of a 3 month old boy. on the forum i am able to ask questions, answer questions and provide support to others which is reciprocated. i find there to be great support from a network of people going through the same or similar experience as myself and with whom i can bounce ideas off, make new friends and connect with and even meet for coffee on occasion.
my thirst for energetic healing and connecting with others with whom i studied with and learnt from wasn't being met, as having a young child means it is difficult to travel to all the wonderful workshops and connection groups available.
then i wondered....what if i could set up a similar site for healers?
and here it is...
i endeavour to provide a holistic website where everyone has a chance to contribute and create our own unique website. from students to teachers to life experienced healers and to those of you who just love to use healing within their daily lives; i welcome.
